Belarusky Narodny Bank considers its sponsorship of creative modern art projects to be our contribution to the process of social development and its own future. Being the company with high-leveled social responsibility, we aim to form the social capital. And, in turn, it will work for us and our clients’ benefit.
One of the prior educational and cultural activities of our bank is sponsorship of art
We tend to participate in projects on development of Belarusian modern culture, promotion of young talented photographers, artists, and musicians, and sponsorship of performances of talented actors and art groups.
One of the first of these projects is the sponsorship of a mutual concert of a jazz band from Germany called Diagilew Project and a Belarusian jazz ethnic band called Akana-NHS which was held on June 5, 2009 at the Variety Theatre.
The next project within the framework of the sponsorship was our participation in the arrangement of a performance of Nino Katamadze, Georgian singer and composer, and a band called Insight on the Big Stage of the Palace of Republic on December 14, 2009. Nino’s performance impressed all the spectators who were captured by her talent, energy, genuineness, and charm.
Powered by Belarusky Narodny Bank an exhibition of the world-wide known artist and designer Vladimir Tsesler was held on January 19, 2010 at Ў – Minsk Modern Art Gallery. At the exhibition the artist showed his 12 wonderful canvases in vector graphics, 2Х1.10 meters in size, that impressed with their visual effects.
On February 11, 2010 Minsk spectators welcomed the legendary Georgian National Ballet Sukhishvili accompanied by its own orchestra on stage of the Palace of Republic. The performance was held due to the participation of Belarusky Narodny Bank. The ballet dancers fascinated the audience with their energy, wonderful plastique, choreography, accuracy, and synchronism of each dancer on stage.
Belarusky Narodny Bank plans further sponsorship of various cultural projects and promotion of Belarusian national art in future.
